Just finished baking cupcakes. Center is uncooked, the mixture is not well mixed. (Tastes of baking soda >_>) I shouldn't have bought the beater just because it was on sale. Ingredients kept getting stuck to the sides no matter how I try to push them to the whisk. Ahh~ I shouldn't be too greedy and double the recipes without doubling the number of trays T_T

Personal note: Don't trust online recipes anymore.
